I have a website on Shopify, can you design my website on there?
Sorry, we only design and manage website only on Wix.
How long will it take for my design to be completed?
We try to work with our clients to meet their project deadline. However, depending on the project, it usually takes 1-3 days for initial design to be submitted as long as you provide all the information needed. If revisions are needed it could take an additional days (i.e 2-5 days).
What if I do not like my website or other design work?
We place value in our customer satisfaction and ensure we try our best to provide a solution for you, however if you still feel like you are not satisfied with our work, a partial refund of 50% will be returned to your credit/debit card used
What kind of payment do you accept?
We only accept payments via credit card through out payment processing feature.
Why do I need to pay an additional fee for website hosting after paying for the design.
Our website design and management services is different than the website hosting platform. Wix is the platform we use to design your website therefore a separate business entity than ours. Think of it as this:
Wix is a land (hosting platform) that allows you to build (host) your house (website) and we are the architectures (designers) that design and build your house (website).
